Where our instructors come from.
Individual field operators are not named publicly, for their security and yours. What we will tell you is the standard: every instructor is a former United States or European soldier or officer, and named CVs go to the contracting authority on request.

How do we start a conversation with you?
Send an enquiry through the consultation form or email us directly. A senior member of the team reads every enquiry personally and responds — usually within 24 hours.
Do we have to commit to a full programme up front?
No. Most relationships begin with a Force Audit or an initial consultation so both sides can judge the fit before anything larger is agreed.
What do you need from us to scope the work?
The unit or command involved, roughly how many personnel, what you are trying to achieve, and any timeline you are working to. We can work from very little at first contact.
Can you work through our procurement process?
Yes. Tell us early whether the engagement runs as a sole-source award or a formal tender, and we will supply what your procurement team needs in the format they need it.
Where does the training take place?
At your location. Our instructors deploy to you — your force does not travel, and Martel coordinates the logistics at our end.
How long does a typical engagement run?
It depends entirely on scope, from a short focused package to a multi-month embedded programme. We scope it around your force rather than fitting you to a fixed course.
Do you train in Spanish?
Tell us the working language at first contact and we will confirm what we can field for your engagement.
What happens once the training ends?
You receive a written after-action report with performance benchmarks and recommendations. Where we run train-the-trainer, the capability stays with your force rather than leaving with us.
Who actually delivers the training?

Can we see who will be training our people?
Yes. Named CVs for deploying instructors are provided to the contracting authority on request. We do not publish operator identities on the website.
Are your instructors vetted?
Service record, qualifications and background are verified before anyone deploys, and we do not subcontract to unvetted personnel.
Do the same people stay with us throughout?
On embedded and multi-month engagements, yes — continuity is the point. The same faces build the trust that makes the work effective.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every engagement is scoped to the force, so a published rate would be misleading. Tell us what you need and we will quote against it.
Will you name us as a client?
Not without your written consent. Our own case studies are anonymised for exactly this reason.
Who owns the findings of an audit?
You do. The report is the property of the contracting authority, classified at your direction, and we do not trade on what we learn about your force.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes, from first contact. We work with governments and security services that require complete discretion, and non-disclosure agreements are signed as a matter of course.
