Entry Point

The Force Audit

An honest, independent assessment of where your unit stands. Full written report delivered. No commitment beyond this.

What We Actually Do

What we actually do

Over 3-5 days, our team embeds with your unit and conducts a structured assessment of capabilities, training levels, equipment, command structure, and threat environment alignment. We find the gaps and write them up honestly.

You receive a full written report — plain language, no jargon. It covers what your force does well, where the gaps are, and a prioritized list of recommendations. You own the report. You decide what to do with it.

The audit deliverable is a plain-language written report. No jargon, no upsell disguised as findings. You own it. Share it with your ministry, your command staff, or keep it confidential. We have no claim on it after delivery.

There is no obligation to engage Martel Security for follow-on training. The audit stands alone. If the findings point to training needs that we can address, we\'ll say so — but the decision is entirely yours.

Common Questions

What people ask before requesting.

Do we have to use Martel Security for training after the audit?
No. The audit is a standalone engagement. You receive the report and the decision is entirely yours. Some clients use the findings to seek other vendors, apply for foreign assistance programs, or address gaps internally. We have no claim on follow-on work.
Who conducts the assessment?
Our assessors are vetted former special operations and law enforcement professionals with direct experience in Caribbean and Latin American operating environments. Credentials and background are disclosed in full before engagement begins.
How is the report handled confidentially?
The report is your property. We do not retain copies after delivery, do not reference your organization in our marketing, and do not disclose engagement details to any third party. Classification level is set at your direction.
How long does the assessment take?
On-site assessment is typically 3–5 days depending on unit size and scope. The written report is delivered within 7 days of the final assessment day. A debrief call is scheduled within 14 days.
Can the audit be conducted remotely?
For certain scope-limited assessments — particularly document and procedure reviews — a partial remote engagement is possible. However, a meaningful capability assessment requires on-site presence. We will advise on the right approach for your situation.
What if we need an audit for a situation not listed?
