What We Look For

Our network is built on operational credibility. We work with people who have done the work, understand the environment, and can contribute without hand-holding.

  • Military, law enforcement, or intelligence background with regional relevance
  • Substantive knowledge of Caribbean or Latin American security dynamics
  • Ability to produce intelligence, training content, or operational analysis at a professional standard
  • Discretion — we work with governments and security services who require confidentiality
  • Availability for part-time or project-based engagement
This is not an employment application. Acceptance into the network means access to our internal platform, operational briefings, and the opportunity to contribute to engagements. Compensation is engagement-based.
